How do I make my mulch more consistent?
Consistent mulch is usually a screen and a wear-package problem, not a colorant problem. Worn tips and a blown screen throw longs and fines in the same pass.
Hole shape and hole size have to match the product. Round generally sizes tighter. More open area generally passes more, with less control. That is approximate guidance, not a formula.
AGS will not promise a mesh size from a web form. Call with the mill, the material, and the product you need.
