The wear package
Tips, hammers, or screens — what is actually worn?
Tips take the hit. Hammers hold the tips. Screens size the product and take their own beating. Anvils, cutterbars, and liners are the rest of the chamber.
Replacing one piece while the others are gone is how operators buy twice. AGS would rather spec the package on one call.
We do not claim tip life in hours. Life depends on the material and how you run.
